ALHAMBRA PRODUCTION INC dba Fred Astaire Dance Studios Alhambra offers a nonpromotional Customer Care text-message program. If you choose to receive these messages, we may text you about your dance-lesson inquiry and scheduling. We may also send a brief acknowledgment of a missed call only when we already have your documented consent covering that message. This program does not send promotional offers or advertising texts. We do not send automated appointment reminders. Messages in this program originate from (626) 900-0570.
To opt in through alhambradance.com, enter your mobile number and select the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox on an inquiry form. The checkbox is not selected by default. Providing your phone number, submitting an inquiry or calling the studio does not by itself authorize this program's texts. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in. SMS consent is not required to submit an inquiry or purchase lessons.
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and scheduling needs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also ask for help or withdraw SMS consent by emailing alhambra@fredastaire.com or calling the studio office at (626) 342-7909. The office number is for voice support; (626) 900-0570 is the SMS program number. See our SMS Terms.
We use your mobile number, inquiry details and SMS consent record to provide this program, respond to you and honor your choices. We record your consent choice, the disclosure version, submission time and source page with your inquiry in HighLevel. HighLevel processes phone numbers, messages, replies and opt-out records to provide our messaging service. Limited consent and opt-out records may be retained so that we can respect your choices.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS consent or other mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process only the information needed to operate this studio's inquiry and messaging services; that does not authorize them to use it for their own marketing. Consent to our texts does not enroll you in another company's messaging program.
Data security
We use encrypted HTTPS connections to protect inquiry information in transit and account access controls for inquiry and consent records. Service credentials are kept on the server and are not included in public form code. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
